Services. It is our aim to
provide you and your pet with the best possible service
in terms of comfort and security. When you are away, it
is very important that you do not need to worry about the
safety of your pet. We have designed and built our
Cattery with these objectives in mind and we believe we
can provide our guests with the highest standards of
accommodation and care.What to bring.
If you just bring your cat, we will provide everything that is required
at no extra charge. If however you wish to bring beds or bedding, or if
you wish to bring a scratching post or toys, we are happy to use your
pet's familiar items. In fact we would recommend you bring your cat's
bed if it has a favourite sleeping place as this helps them to settle
down more quickly. It is of course essential that you bring an up-to-date vaccination certificate with each cat. The certificate must remain
in the cattery for the duration of the boarding
Accommodation. Each unit in the
cattery has an insulated, individually-heated chalet. We
have three different sizes of chalet and exercise areas,
so that we can accommodate families of up to four cats in
a single unit. All accommodation is completely secure
inside our cattery building and there is a safety
corridor, fully protected by keypad-controlled doors, to
provide extra protection. The building is equipped with a
high capacity air extraction system to ensure a plentiful
supply of fresh air at all times, whilst ensuring total
protection from the elements.
Our aim is to make your pet(s) as comfortable as possible
during their stay and to reassure you - the owner - that,
as cat owners ourselves, we fully understand the
importance of knowing that they are safe, secure and in
friendly surroundings.

Cats may share accommodation only if they normally live together in the
same house.
These prices include comprehensive insurance cover for your
pet, provided by PET PLAN. Details of the cover are displayed in
the reception area. They also cover administration of any necessary
medication. In fact there are no extra charges at all.
A full day's board is charged for the day of arrival, but only half a
day is charged on the day of departure if your pet is collected by 12.00
noon.
Payment of fees will be required on collection. Please
note: In order to keep down costs, we are unable to
accept payment by credit card. We do, of course, accept
cheques with a cheque guarantee card or cash if you
prefer.
Opening Hours.
We open daily, Monday to Saturday from 10.00 am till 12.00 noon and
from 4.00 pm till 6.00 pm.
On Sundays we open from 10.00 am till 12.00 noon. We are closed on Bank
Holidays.
Delivery and collection of pets normally
takes place at the times shown above, but, by prior
arrangement, we may be able to accommodate delivery or
collection outside these times. Naturally this will
depend on our availability and we cannot guarantee this
facility.
We are open for boarding over the Christmas
and New Year holidays.
Very early booking is recommended.
We are closed for collections and deliveries on Bank
Holidays. Opening hours at Christmas, New year and Easter will vary depending on
the circumstances. Please ask for details if required.
Collection and Delivery Service.
In order to save you time, we can offer a collection and
delivery service between your home and the Cattery. This
service is charged at 70 pence per mile for the first twenty miles and
45 pence thereafter. If a very long distance collection or delivery is
required, please ask for a quotation. As an example, a
collection from Melksham would cost about £5.60 (4 miles
each way depending on exact location). A delivery at the end of your
holiday would cost the same. Please let us know as soon as possible if
you wish to use this service.
